Silver Discs

This is my first Blip for the CBPOI challenge.  I am very proud to be a Brummie and have organised a few Blipmeets in Birmingham, showing off some of the places I find particularly interesting.  This was the one I happened to be near this morning.

It has become rather an iconic building in the redevelopment of the Bull Ring and is the exterior of the Selfridges building. It makes a great statement about Birmingham not being afraid to embrace the new and interesting and exciting, whilst still treasuring its heritage.  At least now.  In the past that wasn't always the case.

So come to see this wonderful city!  It's vibrant and interesting and full of great people, some of them Blippers!  Let me know when you are coming...
