The day began with a skype from Freddie, whose first word this morning was Nanna ... 
I went for a walk, went to Baltimore, came home early and spent the afternoon canning tomotoes. 
Had two more skype calls with Freddie through the day.  He seems a bit pensive.... 
This evening signed up with Ancestry.co.uk and got so caught up in family history discoveries I stayed up half the night.
