Garbage

Must be pronounced like a French word- but not French.   Summer delicious.   Corn, zucchini, onions, tomatoes and whatever other veggies  and herbs are from someones garden - sautéed and dinner.  Voila. 
I am sure everyone makes this in some way, but whenever my mother made it she referenced her favorite Aunt Marion and Cousin Carolyn who called it Garbaage  and I treasure that thought whenever  those summer ingredients come  magically together and I make Garbage.
