New beginnings

Bit of a slow start to the day but after coffee with K, A and I went to lunch with T and P (who seemed on good form) then over to Buckingham to see the new house she and N are going to be moving into later this month. Very nice...and walkable to the town centre. We explored the town and there were lots of really nice little shops and cafes-seems Iike an interesting little place and more varied and independent feeling than MK. She's loving driving the new car too.
Home and we mowed the lawn and cut the hedge, put washing out, harvested pounds of plums that were delicious from our fickle plum tree and were generally very busy and organised.
Could do with staying to help her pack and move, and to help Mt&H&A paint and move in to this place.....all change! It's like musical chairs!
Round to K's to chat and watch TV in the evening. End of the holiday and a long drive home tomorrow....
