Fort Washington park

Rode with a colleague along the entire stretch of west Manhattan and back. In fact I wanted to return along the east, but it meant riding through long stretches of road with heavy traffic, which I had little interest in. The ride was good. Good looking people running about, a topless woman walking nonchalantly ( it is not against the law for a female to be topless in New york state ) and then the first hints of fall colour. The track changes from urban to nature as we climb higher and it is beautiful when the wind shakes dry leaves off the trees along the winding path.
