Relaxing on a hot day

He was sound asleep, as far as I could tell.  I didn't want to intrude by taking a shot from the front view.  
We still have lots of smoke and the air quality advisory continues.  I really hope the heat wave breaks soon.  People are talking about reducing their time outdoors, even here.  Yesterday, the air quality in the interior around Kamloops was at 49 on the scale that measures it - and anything above 7 is considered very high.  People there are advised to stay indoors.  Visibility was so poor that airplanes are grounded.  I heard on this morning's news that the mountains around Vancouver aren't visible at all.  So unusual and worrisome.
