In this day and age - you call HMRC to tell them your new tax code is wrong because they've added something that's not applicable and also that they've taken way too much for the last tax year.
So they check their info and say that I'm correct, so they'll send me a form in 3 weeks time which will tell me how I can claim my money back!!
