Flower Friday

Not a lot of time today for blipping.

This morning was taken up with sorting out washing machine repairs that in the end didn’t resolve the issues meaning it wasn’t worth spending any more money on it. So that then meant selecting a new one, ordering and paying for it. We managed to complete all this in time for us to have a sandwich lunch at the farm shop/tearoom on the way for wife’s appointment with the hand surgeon. He was pleased with his handiwork and much to wife’s delight, told she could resume climbing next week. Oh yes, her surgeon seemed to have a very appropriate surname – Hacker!

Then after a little “essential” shopping we returned home to prepare tea and then secure a blip. A splash of late afternoon sun on the border picked out my blip for today.
