Sustainable Energy

While running 22 kilometers in 34 degrees weather this morning, it occurred to me how closely related I am to my sustainable cousins the wind and the sunlight. The wind invigorates me; the sunlight dries the sweat on my body and thereby keeps me cool and, just like them, some elemental part of myself, long after my body has been breathed out through the leaves of the trees, will endure forever.
