The Science Guy

We went to the Boulder County Fair today.  This man was doing some interesting experiments with liquid nitrogen.  Here he is demonstrating that, because it has an extremely low boiling point of -321 degrees F (-196 C), it boils immediately when exposed to air.  

I started catching up with journals tonight but I'll have to finish in the morning.  Too sleepy now...
