A rather enjoyable walking meditation yesterday from Newhaven to Brighton, taking in places like the fort and lifeboat station Newhaven Harbour Hights, Peacehaven Hights, Telscombe Cliffs, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Ovingdean, Roedean and finally Brighton,
