On the Way Home...
...From Ma and Pa's today the sky turned lovely even with the lack of clouds.
They have started back burning and cutting the cane....which I am really happy about.
There is nothing quite so lovely as a newly furrowed field...the earth here is red and rich volcanic stuff in which you could grow a fork in if you needed to...it really is lovely to look at.
This is the sky looking east...the opposite to the direction I was traveling home...in the distance you can see the sugar pipe (that's what we call it) and the mill...but really it was all about the colour and the moon.
Dad is doing OK even though still in a lot of pain....however he is well enough to annoy the hell out of my Mum.
