Shrimp Creole
The idea is simple: you stew green bell peppers, celery stalks, onion, garlic and parsley as a base, then you mix in some protein (usually chicken on shrimp). drench all in tomatoes - AND VOILA! You got yourself fill-in-the-blank Creole!
