Storm Clouds

I'd fully intended to go to the local carnival today, but circumstances worked against us.  Luckily I'd popped out for a short walk earlier and got some shots of the storm clouds brewing up around us.

Unfortunately any plans to go to the carnival were scuppered by a man driving into the back of my wife's car, while she was driving along.  Apparently, she must have braked suddenly! ...........

The rest of the afternoon was spent sitting waiting in A&E to see a doctor.  We're 'fortunate' that the injuries are 'only' soft tissue in nature, but it doesn't lessen the pain she is now in.  Ibuprofen and cold compresses are the order of the evening.
