Surprise!!!!!!!!

    I was out with my bonsai yesterday (when it wasn't raining) and found this bud on my Tulip Magnolia.  (I also was told today that this plant is also named Japanese Magnolia).  In the early spring i may get 25-30 blossoms. This is the first year I have had a second round of buds.  This one is close to popping but there must be another 20-25 buds developing.  It is a total and beautiful surprise.
