The fairy party
Miss Lara has been waiting and waiting for this day all year, well as soon as she realised what a party was which was shortly after miss Maddies party. The day began as always very early with all girls up and picking out their fairy costumes out of the cupboard that is chock a block with costumes of all sorts fairies and princesses, Lara had been giving a new one so her decision was easy, a rainbow fairy it was. Bailee also opted for a rainbow fairy that is until she saw her sister maddie as the white snow flake fairy, and then there was tears as she also wanted that one. After some stern words from dad about being spoilt and some time in her bedroom, she decided to be tinker bell. Smiles again, and ohh only 4 hrs till the party started
We went in early kids were go going nuts with excitement at home Miss Lara was too worried she would miss her fairy party. The shop where it is held is a little girls dream come true, with glitter and sparkles and pink everywhere, things hanging up that are straight out of your dreams tiny little fairies, butterflies and dragons, lined the ceiling. How cool you get to walk through a magic cupboard and go through a magic passage, the 11 little girls there were all in awe even my older ones who had done it dozens of times, I guess you never get to old for fairies and magic and of course bubbles
Lara was so very funny, everything the fairy asked to everyone she answered a loud yes!!! even if the answer was clearly No. Have you seen a jellyfish 'Lara YES!!! ahhhh no you haven't I had a good laugh amongst other mums. It was so lovely to see her enjoying being centre stage and all about her, she relished it!! The treasure hunt with chocolate coins was in her eyes a clear winner and the part where the fairy made the lemonade turn pink...how magic. Lara told me after thanks mum it was the best party I have ever had, well yes it is the first one you have had so that makes it easy. Lara came home and opened her presents and after each gift she said ohhh I love them mummy about all her friends. Thanks for them for coming!!
