Bike riding

Went for my morning swim at sparrow fart time only to discover the pool doesn't open until 9am on Sundays! (It's 5.30am every other day of the week.)

Went for an extended bike ride instead -- 23.2km in total -- which isn't that far, but the terrain was torturous ... very hilly, and ideally suited for growing pineapples, an old (but declining) industry around Dayboro.

I snapped this one at the top of a hill. It served as a good excuse for getting breath back.
