SUNDAY BREKKY

We were served with this fabulous dish this morning and informed it's a 'Spanish Breakfast' (not sure about the authenticity but there were no complaints) - chorizo, tomato, beans with the egg poached on top of the mixture in the pan. Amazing and so delicious. Not something one prefers to eat often but on this occasion .... yum.
