Slaves Lament

The girls headed at noon and I was left to my own devices.
Bought a suit for up and coming matters then headed to the portrait gallery. The Octavious Hill exhibition is interesting for the photography but the painting of the 1843 General Assembly of the Free Church is Sgt Peppers comical.

I really loved the Slaves Lament musical piece. It is my favorite Burns song and it is a really beautiful extended rendition that adds so much to the sentiment of the lyrics. If you are passing go and see it and sit and enjoy it. I'm going back.

I then headed to the beloved Cameo for coffee before watching Dunkirk. It is very full on intense. I reckon it'll be in this year's list.
