Box Hill

Bike ride 2 times up Box hill with Brian training for Velo Birmingham in september. This is from the viewpoint. These days I find the 5-6% gradient of box hill very manageable compared to its neighbours leith hill and whitedown. But this was Brian's first trip up and he made it up twice - nice work - we just need to work on the speed now.
