Whacky Lime Pickle - Part 3

After adding a wonderful spice mix just a few days ago, today was the last part of 'action'. Frying more spices in mustard oil and pouring over the limes was all that had to get done. Now we wait ... only about a week though :)
The smell is GORGEOUS!!!
