Celebrating 44 years today and was almost out the door for a run when my mum came round for a visit.

Run postponed.

Picked A up and dropped L and A off at their gymnastics class.

MrsT and I played badminton and had a gym session during the two hour slot we had.

Then in the afternoon a bit of shopping at Sainsbury's before dinner and a bit of Zootropolis before I picked up the FiL for our Sunday evening ten pin bowling slot.

Played surprisingly well hitting an evening high score of 208.

Arrived home near 10pm and have to do a little bit of prep work for work tomorrow.

Think I might have a birthday dram of Highland Park to ease the pain.
