Closed

I have no idea why the road at Springkell Avenue over the Cathcart Circle railway line is closed to traffic. There is pedestrian and cycle access.
Only the bridge is closed, which is signed as "weak". Any locals know?

However, it did give me a chance to take a shot in the middle of the road whilst out clocking up my 10,000 steps for the day.
