Meal Prep

When you have 4 long shifts ahead of you, you need to meal prep to the max!
In my fridge there are 6 portions of lasagne with sweet potato fries, 8 portions of broccoli and Stilton soup, a portion of stir fried chicken and vegetables and a box full of cookies and brownies for the girls at work tomorrow..
Phew! Productive day!
