The Work Room

Not much chance of getting out today - it has been raining since last night, and torrential rain all morning - even had to clear the drains to prevent some flooding.

This is the "work room" - the boiler room of the house - which has seen laundry activity all morning, following the holiday.

On a brighter note - I and Mr. M. do most stuff around the house (and garden) but the one luxury I have is for a sweet lady to come once a week and take all this laundry away, and bring it back all ironed and pressed. I love her.
