Kings Cross
it's been a busy day. Apart form socialising a new puppy, I popped into a friend's 'Open House' to help celebrate her birthday before jumping on a train to London. Here, I eventually (I had not had the second email changing the meeting point) met up with a small group from Buckingham Camera Club for a portrait shoot. We had a lovely model, Emily (see extra) and stopped at several places between the Regents Canal and Barbican; we all had turns at posing the model who was very professional and didn't really need any guidance!
One stop was in the famous tunnel at Kings Cross station - the first time I have actually been in it - where we used the ever changing light on our model. I was so entranced with it, though, that I did several other shots, just to capture the shapes, reflections and colours. The extra of Emily is taken outside Google HQ. I now have a lot of processing form the day's shoot to do!
Pepper is doing well and Henry the cat is beginning to accept the new arrival - he has been distinctly miffed!
