Worthing is Right Now

Apparently 'right now' is an anagram of Worthing.
This building on the seafront is a car park and bowling alley and most people think it was a concrete eyesore. So the Council contracted someone to come up with a good idea to re-vamp it. This is the result. It is supposed to read 'Right Now'. I still can only make out a few letters. I can only think if someone had daubed that over a wall it would be called 'graffiti' and scrubbed off.
There again it is different and is definitely brighter than the concrete structure lol.
