Activities

Fun day alone with Sebastien. Played at home; went to market and bought peaches; ate lunch from a Polish food truck there; went to the 'magic' bookstore and read books for an hour; stopped by Three Bears Park to play on the way home; drank milk and read books together before a long afternoon nap, snuggling together in the boat bed; strolled across town to have a sushi dinner together (miso soup, seaweed salad, eel roll, and vanilla ice cream for dessert); at Sebastien's request, went to another bookstore for a half hour before it closed (looked at more books and rode up and down the elevator and escalator); went home to a quick bath, teeth, and more reading before bed.

As Sebastien was reading to me this evening, he decided he wanted to change all the present tense verbs to past tense verbs and vice versa.
While it was annoying to have him fall into fits of giggles each time he did that, I was pretty proud that he knew what verbs were (without knowing the term 'verb', naturally)...
