Peacock butterfly

I was going to do a Mono Monday shot today, but this little peacock butterfly kept fluttering in and out of the garden, and so it had to be my blip for today.
It has taken quite a while to get a photo, and this is not as sharp as it should be because it just wouldn't stay still.
It also prefers these bright yellow "sunflowers"
to the buddleia bush.
However the breeze does mean that my washing is drying nicely.
After the morning rain it is quite a nice summer's afternoon.
