Spot the Snake

Went on a wet walk through Lanthwaite Woods (top path) at Crummock this morning. A young (about 10 years old) lad on his bike spotted this grass snake among the vegetation on the side of the path. He must have had a keen eye, took a while for me to see it even when he pointed it out.

Rip had a fall on the way back to the van, bet he is stiff tomorrow.
Spotted J.G's Camel, but no sign of his group, we went back to Kirkstile for coffee.
