wk31: Rowing on the Thames

Time to return from my blip holidays. In the meantime I continued taking pictures, but it was a good experience to have some distance after quite a regular time on blipfoto and enjoying the warm summer days (besides quite a stressful period on the job).

Therefore also my current approach to have a slow return to blipfoto, with 1 entry per week to start. The idea is to choose one picture/story/event at the end of the week and to post it here. Will see how it works out ...

The first entry for week 31 represents the higlight we had this weekend. Invited to a birthday party by our English friends and then had the opportunity to go for a row on the Thames on Saturday morning. Down towards Putney and then a fast return with the raising tide.  We were on a coxed four and happy we didn't have to care about all the specific navigation rules on the Thames (some 120 slides explaining them).
