Wild strawberries right at our doorstep

Yesterday was a record as to the amount of rain we got - some 50mm I think.

Today it was the first day at work after summer for me, A started already last week. I could feel my old joints creaking when I walked up the stairs into my office at work, sigh.

We opened a savings fund account for our grandchild today. The fund is supposed to invest into companies with operations that promote sustainable development only, but I have grown a bit sceptical about the corporate world altogether of late.
