Bristol International Balloon Fiesta

It's that time of year again!
   It's balloon fiesta time and the weather looks as if it going to be crap again.
  All the preparation and expense that is put into this event.
And in August,you would expect the weather to be half decent?
  But there we are it's the luck of the draw?
Still a few days to go so it might brighten up a bit?   lol
