Have I told You, there's No one Above you

I haven't slept properly since Thursday night. 

I am exhausted. 

I worked all day, then I had an appointment.  The appointment exhausted me.  I came home, weeded the drive, swept the drive, dead headed the wild flower bed, and collected the seeds. 

Went for a wander, roamed around. 

Next I'll be meditating, and reading a nice book, 

and then, fingers crossed, I'llbe sleeping. .
