But she can't sing because of the food in her mouth.

I was about to head into a meeting in Timaru this afternoon when Mrs Thrush came hip hopping along chewing on a worm.  Of course she finished it before I could get my camera ready, but then very obligingly dug up and ate another.  She's quick, so I nearly missed this one too.
