Partial Eclipse

Rainer was just getting into his car to head home this evening when he got a call telling him to look at the moon. So we did and blow me but there was a partial eclipse of a full moon. Ran up to the balcony outside our flat for a better view and did my best to capture it - only lasted another 20 minutes or so. Strangely I have moon pictures in 4 or 5 different colours, not sure why, so here's an orange!

We were visiting in Uffing in the afternoon, catching up with Flup and a poorly Petra, chatting over cake and coffee. Then Rainer came round and we headed out to Oberbrau for dinner. It's been quite a bit cooler today but not cool enough for us to forego their beergarden! Then the moon appeared.
