Notes: Very chilly morning to head out on the bike but nice 20 mi ride in the country to start the day. Left little after 9a then for Forrest to get massage from Lynn Barnett - was great. Errands and helping mom then until afternoon, short nap. To Chinese in town w/ mom & dad for dinner.
