Road Closed

I love the festivals, but they don't half slow down the traffic.  It's only a Tuesday too.  Still, it gave me plenty of time to grab a blip from the bus.

The first "road closed" sign and barriers seem a bit half hearted compared to the later crash barrier.  At least these ones have been decorated in the spirit of the fringe.  There's a crush there at weekends at the best of times - I can't even imagine the effect the two tiny pedestrian access arches must be adding to that!

I've not had a chance to wander down the royal mile with my camera yet this year - I must do something about that at some point.  Hopefully when it's not too busy!  Chance would be a fine thing...
