Beside the Sea

The next part of our adventure started the morning with a cycle out of Copenhagen heading north. 30km covered today with stops to see Denmark's most famous statue, the Little Mermaid and in Royal hunting ground of Dyrehaven.

The sun was shining when we reached our beachside hotel mid afternoon so we checked in, dumped the bags and headed for the beach for ice creams followed by a swim for me in the beautiful clear waters and sand castle building for the kids.
