A 4km run, pilates and dog walk ticked off by 9am.
Just as well as the heat kicked in and I had no time to think.
This evening has been glorious, a quick aperitif with Saturday's birthday girl (whose actually bday is today), and then off to see a local band. 
Oh and a spin in V's new wheels. But I'll save that for plenty of other blips...
