The Howe of Fife
Hid in the house from the rain all day (except for a brief and failed attempt to unblock one of the exterior drains).
But the dogs need a walk whatever the weather, so decided to make the best of it and took a quick walk up East Lomond as the rain eased and darkness fell. This route is steep and stepped most of the way - this is part of my occasional 'get fit for skiing' regime. Up and down from Falkland in an hour - by the time I got back my thighs were trembling, so I hope it is doing some good!
