Long walk today part of the Lycian trail

Met Aiden at his guesthouse cafe, fascinating person, does holidays with a difference, differe t activities each day such as painting classes, yoga classes, trecking ...., very nice chi too. He's also an artist, these doors are his handiwork

After 5 miles on the flat came a HUGE descent down really tough terrain at times, basically down a cliff face !!

Will blip it from the bottom one day - looking back up I cant believe we did it
