Doggy Drama

I made this for my friend's wee boy who is very excited to be starting P1 on Wednesday. He was very pleased with it and I'm looking forward to seeing a photo of him added.
Had a very dramatic walk with Daisy today. She was pulling at a bit of grass beside the river and then fell in. It was really steep banking and we couldn't see her, only hear her whining for help. She has never gone in deep enough to swim before so I was really worried. I managed to get down to a bit of lower banking where she could have climbed out but she just couldn't get herself to me. My friend got herself along to where Daisy was but we had no way of pulling her out. A few people stopped and a man went to ask the council workers nearby if they had anything that could help. They were all amazing. One of them secured himself to a tree and lowered himself down to where he could grab Daisy and pass her up.
I have never been so grateful for the kindness of strangers!
Daisy is 100% fine and as soon as she was up on dry land was skipping along like usual.
