Chinese Garden

We took the grandchildren to Biddulph Grange, a National Trust property. This is the Chinese Temple. There's an Egyptian garden, a lake with Coi carp, and a little cottage, amongst other things. It was used as a hospital during the war and all the garden was buried. It has been painstakingly excavated and restored. L wasn't impressed when I told her the Cafe where we were eating was used as an operating theatre in former times. I've put more shots in extras.
