Fat Free

I had a nice lunch with ex colleagues from 14 years ago, they meet every month but I can only make it in school holidays. It was lovely seeing them again after a year! I have said I will make the Christmas meal this year as well!!!
I went to the Trafford Centre and found the shop I wanted had disappeared! I spent 2 hours there mooching and walked 2 miles!!! Decided to treat myself to something nice hence this raspberry and white chocolate meringue. It was absolutely delicious.
