There seems to be a negative and recurring theme of bullying going on at the moment - hearing about it and seeing it in different contexts over the past couple of days - horrid thing

Glad to see Richard today and have a decent chat with him, not seen him for several weeks but he's one of those people you chat to and your world feels lighter as a result.
