Steaming

Couldn't end my short break in Newtonmore and Carrbridge without a trip on the Strathspey Steam Railway.

After checking out of my B&B this morning, went for a wander around Grantown-on-Spey before heading to Broomhill Station for a return trip to Aviemore on the steam train. Before driving home, I took my blip of the day: the next (13:35) train leaving Broomhill for Aviemore.

It was a good, relaxing, and much needed, break. The only downside is that I took several hundred photographs and I'm not sure when I'll have the time to cull, edit and post them. All the same, it's a nice problem to have. I think I can live with it.
