(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay

We spent the afternoon in East Wemyss, a place we must have driven past many times but not through, alongside Coaltown of Wemyss and West Wemyss. We thought we would explore a bit and were pleasantly surprised! This is West Wemyss harbour looking across to Edinburgh and Midlothian. We can see Arthur's Seat, and with a squint of an eye, oor hoose on yonder hill.

We really need to discover the Fife Coastal Path properly. We usually do the path from Elie to St Monans, but as we have just seen, there's more.

This is one of favourite songs filmed on the coastal path by my favourite Scottish singer/songwriter - although this song is maybe more pop than his usual stuff.
