Above and below

We had a thick fog in Christchurch this morning.The upper image is taken from home 200m above sea level at 7 a.m. The city is hidden. The lower image was taken on my morning run north of the city at 10.00 a.m. Although the foreground looks clear there is thick fog beyond the railway crossing.
