Botanical Gardens.
Today despite the rain we went to visit Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden. It is a huge area covering about 1,000 hectares. There are areas that have been left to grow wild plus formal gardens and glass houses. There is a rich variety of plants, succulents, cacti, herbs and flowers. The rain came down quiet heavily so using my camera outside was impossible. By the time the rain stopped we were inside the Natural Science Museum that is slso there. There is also a canopy walk, unfortunately, or fortunately in my case, it was closed for maintenance and due to the rainy season.
I will endeavor to put some shots on Flickr tomorrow.
